Patient Record Flags are a small symbol on your medical file at the VA. It is often used to alert others that you may cause trouble or that you have some sort of behavioral issue.
I studied the circumstances that veterans were "flagged" often while writing for the old VAWatchdog dot Org at http://www.vawatchdog.org
As it turns out, most were deserved.
Don't act out and you won't get flagged.
